We’re excited to announce that Beautyfini Canary Wharf has won Nail Salon of the Year at the UK Enterprise Awards 2020.
The UK Enterprise Awards are a prestigious programme open to any business trading in the United Kingdom that identifies as a small to medium-sized enterprise. It aims to find the best businesses across the nation! And we’re exceptionally proud to be chosen as the Nail Salon of the Year amongst many other outstanding businesses.
We launched our independent beauty salon back in 2017, aiming to provide relaxing, high-quality beauty and nail treatments to customers around the Canary Wharf area. We’ve since welcomed thousands of customers through our doors, many of whom choose to keep coming back again and again for a professional beauty treatment at our serene salon. And we have the reviews to prove it! We specialise in providing manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading and tinting treatment to customers on their lunch break or after work for a quick pamper, and we love what we do!
We are also delighted to be featured in the UK Enterprise Awards magazine discussing what inspired us to start Beautyfini and how we’ve adjusted to the challenges that the Covid-19 pandemic has imposed.

Who are Beautyfini?
We are co-founders Tom Tran and Lucy Nguyen. We set up Beautyfini together with a mission to cultivate a friendly and relaxed environment for our customers. We didn’t just want to be a place to get beautiful nails, we wanted to create a space that feels like a breath of fresh air to our customers and allows a moment of peace from a busy day. We wanted to provide a full pamper, not just a beauty treatment.
How has Covid-19 affected us?

We’ve also noticed that customers’ requests have changed recently, and we’ve particularly seen an increase in Shellac and gel manicures and pedicures. Our theory is that our customers are opting for these sorts of nail treatments to reduce their waiting times in the salon. Also, the longer-lasting treatments mean visits to the salon are needed less frequently but have great longer-lasting effects.
